Natalya Sharovatova is a Research Assistant at Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences, actively contributing to the F.A.I.T.H Project facilitating Ethiopia's transition of universities into applied sciences institutions. She holds a bachelor's degree in Teaching English as a Foreign Language and a master's degree in Research and Innovation in Higher Education specializing in Management and Leadership in Higher Education. Natalya is involved in designing, piloting, and implementing two of the project’s six toolboxes, focusing on career path development guidelines and fostering university-industry linkages through team teaching and learning. Her contribution aims to enhance graduate employability and promote international collaboration between European and Ethiopian Universities of Applied Sciences.
